- HUNT PROMOTION BENEFITS:
[1] Your hunt will be featured on our site on the start date.
[2] Your hunt will be added to our Event Calendar.
[3] Your hunt will be posted/shared to social media [3 Facebook Pages, X.com, Pinterest, Threads, Instagram, & Second Life Freebies @ scoop.it] [check our social media networks]
- SERVICE FEE: Flat 500 L$ Service Fee for each hunt coverage. Please pay directly to TeleportHub Resident before submitting the form. Previously, all hunts were free; however, due to changes in SL business model, hunts are no longer free of charge for the end users. We can waive this fee if you can demonstrate that your hunt is completely free, meaning you collect 0 L$ from store participants and the hunt object itself is free. If your hunt meets these criteria, please email us at info@teleporthub.com with detailed information to request a waiver. We will review your submission and waive the fee for you.
[1] Grid Wide Hunt: hunt around the grid in second life.
[2] Sim Wide Hunt: hunt around in one sim.
[3] Store Hunt: hunt organized by a single store.
[4] Event Hunt: hunt organized by an event organization or a group of stores.
- HUNT DURATION: The minimum duration for a hunt is 7 days. Please submit your request at least 2–3 days in advance to allow time for processing. Submissions for hunts shorter than 7 days will not be accepted, as they cannot be effectively promoted.
- PUBLICATION TIME: After receiving your submission, we will contact you inworld to confirm that we will support your event. We will publish your hunt and promote it within 24 hours on the opening date.
- REFUND POLICY: The service fee is non-refundable, as we have already prepared and scheduled your post for publication. Hunts canceled unexpectedly are not eligible for a refund. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of form submission, you will get a full refund. In this case, please email us at info@teleporthub.com. Additionally, if we are unable to support your event or fail to publish it due to unexpected circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the avatar that made the payment.
- MEDIA PARTNER TELEPORTHUB.COM LOGO: Before submitting information, please get our Mesh logo package at our office or marketplace [check here]. Then rez it at your hunt office and hunt starting location’s media partner wall or logo area.
If you need to make changes to your post, please feel free to contact us at info@teleporthub.com. Please include your post URL(s) and details about the requested changes. We will revise the post or remove the content based on your request.

We reserve the right to choose which submitted items will be posted. Our agent will inform you of the final posting URL, which you can then review and request changes to if needed.

Depending on the type of post, we may charge a fee to feature the item or event you requested for coverage. In general, posting freebies, group gifts, and items under 10 L$ is free of charge. Please check the submission form for any applicable fees.

All payments must be made to TeleportHub Resident. If we are unable to post your item or event, we will issue a full refund to the avatar you used to make the payment to us in SL. Please note that we do not issue refunds if you decide to cancel or remove a post after it has already been published.

Our agents manually obtain and check all items for quality and advertising consistency before posting. We also archive all items for our records.

It is important to keep the promises made to our viewers and your customers. Please only remove items or offers after the expiration date stated in the post. If special circumstances require you to remove an item early, please contact us via email to inform us before removing it from your store so we can update the post.

We do not post items that feature slogans criticizing governments or third-party organizations, nor do we accept any other politically related content.

By submitting content (information, images, text, and attachments) to Teleport Hub (TM), you explicitly grant us full permission to use your submitted content without any limitation.
