GROUP GIFTS / SUBSCRIBER GIFTS POSTING RULES
- Pricing: The group gifts must be free 0 $L or 1 $L with the automatic refund. However, the group join fee does not need to be free. Please declare the group join fee in the pricing box below. For example, 0 L$ (50 L$ group fee).
- Offer Expiration date: Please state the expiration date for your group gift(s) or subscriber gift(s). If the item has no expiration date, please write “Permanent” or “Merchant offers past gifts.” If you are not sure about the expiration date, you can write “Unknown.” We don’t post items which will be expired in a few days. In general, the items must be available for at least 7+ days or more. Note: For Teleport Hub’s Exclusive Group Gifts (exclusive group gift for our inworld group), you do not need to put an expiration date. We will replace your group gift each time you submit a new Teleport Hub’s exclusive group gift.
- Review Copies: we obtain, review, and archive all group gifts which we posted. If your group join fee is greater than 0 L$, please send a copy of your group gift to our writer Jezotus Resident. Simply drop the item to her IM window.
- Posting Restriction: Please note that we do not post Gift Card Offers, Hunt gifts, Midnight Mania Gifts, and Lucky Chair Gifts.
- Group Notice Only Gifts: If you give your group gift(s) in group notice only, you must paste a Gyazo Screenshot Link of the group notice in the Teleport Location field of the form. We need this to verify the date & time of the notice in order to calculate the offer expiration date.
1. Posting is always free. We reserve the right to choose which submitted item(s) will be posted.
2. We manually obtain and check all item(s) for quality and advertising consistency before posting. We also archive all item(s) for the record.
3. Please be sure about the offer expiration date. It is important to keep the promise you made to buyers/customers. Only remove the item(s)/offer(s) after the proposed expiration date. In special circumstances that you must remove the item(s) early, please contact us by email before removing it from your store.
4. Notify us by email email@example.com if you want to make any changes or have the post(s) removed.
1. Teleport Hub (TM) reserves the right to decide whether we approve or reject your submitted content with or without any notice. By submitting content (information, images, text, and attachments) to Teleport Hub, you explicitly grant us full permission to use your submitted content without any limitation.
2. Teleport Hub (TM) only posts “the information” about the item(s) you provide to us. In other words, we post the news only. We are not liable or responsible for any damages or the loss of sale of the item(s) from the act of posting news. We also do not verify, judge, endorse, or approve the item(s) authenticity.
