Information

Your business needs to have a minimum of 25 different products at your in-world store and marketplace. Product quality must be decent [?]

The following business types will not be allowed to join the program: affiliate businesses, gacha resellers, businesses that create full-permission textures for template mesh, and “business-in-a-box” services.

Your products can be original designs & mesh OR original texture designs using full-permission templates. In general, you must build, design, and sell your own products.

Display our TeleportHub.com Logo & Group Inviter at your main store at all times to register and maintain your designer status. [*]

* You must inform us by email each time you change your store location. Failing to do so may lead to a temporary or permanent membership suspension. Should you close your business, please inform us so we can remove your store’s posts. This ensures a smooth process if you wish to rejoin later. We kindly ask that you provide notification before leaving.

To maintain your designer status, you must offer a minimum of one exclusive group gift to TeleportHub.com’s group members at all times. All exclusive group gifts must follow our rules and guidelines.

The Teleport Hub group gift must be exclusive to Teleport Hub [click on the button above to see detailed definition of exclusivity] and follow the list of supported product categories below. You cannot offer the same item as a gift simultaneously to other groups, your own store, hunts, events, giveaway, lucky chair, lucky board or similar promotions. Your Teleport Hub exclusive group gift must be different from other gifts you are offering. No recolored or retextured versions of the same item will be accepted. You cannot “recycle” or reuse a past gift and set it as the Teleport Hub Exclusive Group Gift. This rule ensures the best outcome for our marketing efforts, as your gift will be advertised widely across the web, social media, and in-world groups.

The Teleport Hub exclusive group gift must be from and represent your store or brand. You cannot offer a gift with a different brand name. Your gift must be well-made and usable. It must not contain any text or URLs intended to promote anything unrelated to your brand. You cannot simply use a template kit with its provided textures; you must add your own significant creative work before offering it as a gift.

The gift must have been created brand new or within one year from today. If your exclusive gift item was created more than one year ago, we will ask you to change / update it. Of course, we will allow you time to correct the issue.

You are not required to change the gift often. You can offer the same gift for as long as you wish, up to a maximum of 1 year and 1 month from its last posting date. If your gift exceeds this time limit, our agent will contact you and provide a one-month grace period to prepare a new one, allowing you to create it without pressure. However, to maximize traffic to your store from our blogging service, we recommend changing the gift every one to three months [completely optional].

• [01] Fashion & Fashion Related Products: We no longer accept applier-only or BOM-only clothing that functions like body paint. Your fashion gift must be a mesh item, though it can include appliers and BOM layers. It must support a minimum of the Maitreya LaraX and Legacy mesh bodies.
• [02] Tattoo Products: Full or half-body tattoo packs must feature a sophisticated design and include mesh body appliers & BOM layers. Tattoos that resemble body paint or are overly simple (e.g., a small rose, a mole, a star) will not be accepted.
• [03] Makeup (Applier & BOM): We only support realistic makeup styles and add-ons (no fantasy makeup). The pack must include at least five options on the head applier HUD or five BOM layers. The quality must be high.
• [04] Furniture & Decor Related Products: We do not accept simple, primitive mesh items like posters, postcards, picture frames, rugs, or any flat object with just a texture applied.
• [05] Poses & Animations: A single pose gift pack (female, male, or both) must contain at least five poses (mirrored versions are optional). A couple, group, or friends pose gift pack must contain at least one pose depicting a clear story or interaction between avatars. A dance animation gift must contain at least one dance animation.
• [06] Script Products: Basic scripts that can be obtained for free online will not be accepted. Scripted products must have a clear and useful function. It is better to include an object for the script.

• [07] Skin & Shape Products: Shape-only products are not accepted. Skin stores must provide a quality skin gift with mesh head appliers & BOM layers, including brow and browless options. It must support a minimum of Lelutka EvoX, Genus, or Catwa mesh heads.
• [08] Hair Products: Only mesh hair is accepted. Please provide a fatpack or a minipack with multiple color options. A minipack must include at least hair color options.
• [09] Vehicles & Ships: The gift must be an operational mesh vehicle or ship in at least one color.
• [10] Jewelry Products: The gift must be rigged or unrigged mesh jewelry (a single item or a set). Overly simple items, such as a basic septum ring or a plain circular ring with no stones or features, are not accepted. The item must be usable and properly rigged to a mesh body or a mesh head if such rigging is deemed necessary.
• [11] Shoes & Footwear Products: Heels, Flats, Sneakers, Dress Shoes, Platforms, Sandals, and other footwear products are accepted. A single color is enough. Shoes must be rigged for popular brand mesh body feet such as Legacy, Maitreya LaraX, Belleza, & eBody.
• [12] Nail Products: We no longer support nail products or nail appliers as gifts. Consequently, businesses that only sell these items are not eligible for this program. However, you may still apply if your store features other supported product categories.

As a designer member in this program, you will receive the following benefits free of charge. We will never charge you a fee to use the group. Membership for this program is also totally free.

1. 1. Direct Group Marketing: Market your products in our in-world Second Life group, TeleportHub.com. You can send one group notice per day (based on the SLT clock), with your quota resetting daily at midnight SLT.
   2. Official Endorsement: Join a select community of talented designers and receive an official endorsement from TeleportHub.com in our Designer Directory.
   3. Increased Exposure: We regularly feature your gifts and promotions on our blog. This service instantly broadcasts your brand across the web, including our social networks (like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter X, and Threads) and directly to search engines.
   4. Increase Store Traffic: Take advantage of our blogging service by regularly submitting your store gifts. We will post them and bring people to your store. We recommend having a sale vendor next to the gift. For a consistent boost in traffic, consider releasing a new Teleport Hub exclusive group gift every 2-3 months. We will feature your gift(s) in a dedicated blog post, which will be published in the ‘Exclusive Group Gifts’ section of our main site. This post will also be shared across our network of satellite sites and social media channels. Additionally, our agents will send an announcement to the official TeleportHub.com in-world group and many other partner groups.
   5. Reach a New Audience: Gain access to a new market beyond your current customer base—our dedicated group members and viewers—to significantly enhance your marketing reach.
   6. Unlimited Social Media Posting: Post your promotions and deals in our Flickr Group and Facebook Group as often as you like, with no post approval required.
   7. Direct Promotion on TeleportHub.com Live!: Market your products directly on our self-serve, self-posting “TeleportHub.com Live!” platform.
   8. Free Business Consulting: Receive personalized business consulting via email. If you need help, we are happy to answer your questions and provide suggestions and guidance to help your business grow.
   9. SL.Events Group Preapproval: Your membership in the Designer Circle Program grants you preapproved access to our SL.Events group. For further details, please consult the group’s information page.

1. Group Notices: You may send a maximum of one (1) group notice per day, based on the Second Life Time (SLT) clock. Your notice quota will reset each day at midnight SLT. This rule will be strictly enforced, and repeated failure to comply will result in the termination of your program membership.
2. Multiple Brands: Designers with multiple brands must join the program independently for each brand, using a different avatar for each. Each avatar must represent its specific brand and follow all program rules and requirements. Do not use one brand’s avatar to send notices for another. You may choose to inform the Teleport Hub group manager that you operate multiple brands.
3. Promotion Policy: You may not use this group to promote other stores or their products. You may only use the group to promote your own products at your store and event locations.
   • For Designers Who Are Also Event Owners: If you wish to promote your event in the group, you must display our mesh logo at your event venue (e.g., in a media partner area). Event promotion is limited to 2 notices per week. Failure to display our logo will result in the suspension of your notice privileges. Contact us by email to set up a media partnership for extra perks.
   • Prohibited Content: You may not use the group to advertise other freebie websites or other third-party groups (except your own store’s group).
4. Dispute Resolution: Should any disputes arise, whether in Second Life or in real life, do not create drama in the group chat or through group notices. Please contact the other parties directly to resolve your issues privately.
5. Code of Conduct: Sending racist or hateful messages is strictly prohibited. You may not use the group to damage another party’s reputation. Violations of this rule will result in immediate removal from the program.
6. Information Updates: If you move your in-world store or change the location of your exclusive group gift, you must notify us by email at info@teleporthub.com within seven (7) days so we can update our directory. If we cannot find your store, your membership will be temporarily suspended. You must also notify us of any changes to your business or avatar name.
7. Program Requirements: If your business removes our logo or the required exclusive gift for a decent amount of time, we will assume you have chosen to leave the program, and your membership will be canceled.
8. Avatar With Designer Tag Policy: You can use any avatar to join the group; however, bot avatars are not permitted. Only one avatar per store or business brand will be granted a designer tag and notice-sending rights.
9. Membership Status: There are two roles for designers: Active
   • Active Designer: This is the normal status for members whose stores have fulfilled all requirements and are in good standing. Designers with this role can send notices to the group.
   • Inactive Designer: This is a restricted, on-hold status assigned when our logo, group inviter, or exclusive gift is not displayed at your store. While inactive, you cannot send notices. To resolve this issue, please email info@teleporthub.com.

STEP 1: READ INFO AND REQUEST AN INVITATION

1. Read the Program Information & Rules: Carefully review the program and group rules. If you are not fluent in English, please use a translation application.
2. Submit Your Store Information & Request an Invitation: To request an invitation, complete and submit your store’s information via this form. [click here]
3. Wait For Your Invitation Letter In-world: If your business meets our requirements, we will send an invitation notecard to you in-world, typically within 24-72 hours. Once you receive it, you may proceed to STEP 2.

Important: All applications & request for an invitation must be submitted by the store owners. Applications submitted by store managers or staff in other positions will be declined. Additionally, applications submitted without an invitation will be declined. Please do not contact our agents in-world to demand an invitation. Such requests will be disregarded. You must use the form to submit your request.

STEP 2: SET UP AFFILIATION & THE EXCLUSIVE GROUP GIFT

Please wait until you receive an official invitation notecard from us in-world before proceeding. Once you have the invitation notecard, you may begin the tasks below. Your application has already been pre-approved.

• Get the Affiliation Package: Obtain the affiliation package at our office [location].
• Setup Affiliation: Please rez the “TeleportHub.com Logo & Group Inviter” at your store. Please wait a few seconds while it registers your store location.
• Setup The Exclusive Group Gift:Please use the group gift vendor included in the package and follow the instructions to set up the exclusive group gift. You can use your own vendor if you wish to keep your store’s decor consistent. In that case, you must place our mesh logo next to your group gift vendor. Next, send the vendor photo with full permissions to TeleportHub Resident for marketing purposes.
• Join Our Group: Use this link to join our in-world group [group link]. We will set your group role directly; you will not receive a group invitation.

STEP 3: FILL, SIGN, & SUBMIT APPLICATION

Please send the completed application form, which you can find below, to info@teleporthub.com. Submitting the application from your email address will serve as your signature. Remember to copy the form and paste it into your email. You must attach your exclusive group gift photo to the email.

Upon receiving your application, our agent will perform a final inspection of your store, post, and promote your exclusive group gift. Afterward, you will receive a notecard confirming your membership, designer status with group notice rights, and a copy of the latest group rules. Congratulations!
