POLICIES
- PRICING: The group gift must be FREE 0 L$ or 1 L$ with the auto-refund. You can specify your own group join fee without limit. For example, 0 L$ group fee or 50 L$ group fee.
- SERVICE FEE: 0 L$ (FREE) — You don’t have to pay us anything. Feel free to grab and display our logo if you would like to show your gratitude. Thank you!
- EXPIRATION DATE: Please declare the expiration date for your group gift(s) or subscriber gift(s). If the item has no expiration date, please write “Permanent” or “Merchant offers past gifts.” If you are not sure about the expiration date for your offers, you can write “Unknown.” We don’t post items which will be expired in a few days. In general, the item(s) must be available for at least 7+ days or more. Note: For TeleportHub.com Exclusive Group Gifts, you do not need to put an expiration date. Please remember to add 1 to 2 days for us to process the information and post it.
- POSTING RESTRICTIONS: Please note that we do not post Gift Card offers, Hunt gifts, Midnight Mania gifts, Lucky Chair gifts or anything related to money. We can only mention money gifts in a normal product posting. We also cannot post exclusive group gifts belonging to other third-party organizations or groups, as this content is exclusive to those organizations.
- GROUP NOTICE ONLY GIFTS: If you distribute your group gifts via group notices only, you must paste a Gyazo Screenshot Link of the notice into the ‘Teleport Location’ field of the form. We require this to verify the date and time of the notice so we can calculate the offer’s expiration date.
- REVIEW COPIES: We obtain, review, and archive all items that we post. If your group join fee is greater than 0 L$, please send a copy of your group gift to our writer, Jezotus Resident, by simply dropping the item into her IM window.
- MEDIA PARTNER TELEPORTHUB.COM LOGO: Before submitting information, please get our Mesh logo package at our office or marketplace [check here]. Then rez it at your store’s media partner wall or logo area.
If you need to make changes to your post, please feel free to contact us at info@teleporthub.com. Please include your post URL(s) and details about the requested changes. We will revise the post or remove the content based on your request.

We reserve the right to choose which submitted items will be posted. Our agent will inform you of the final posting URL, which you can then review and request changes to if needed.

Depending on the type of post, we may charge a fee to feature the item or event you requested for coverage. In general, posting freebies, group gifts, and items under 10 L$ is free of charge. Please check the submission form for any applicable fees.

All payments must be made to TeleportHub Resident. If we are unable to post your item or event, we will issue a full refund to the avatar you used to make the payment to us in SL. Please note that we do not issue refunds if you decide to cancel or remove a post after it has already been published.

Our agents manually obtain and check all items for quality and advertising consistency before posting. We also archive all items for our records.

It is important to keep the promises made to our viewers and your customers. Please only remove items or offers after the expiration date stated in the post. If special circumstances require you to remove an item early, please contact us via email to inform us before removing it from your store so we can update the post.
