1. Initial Inquiry: To get started, please email us at info@teleporthub.com and provide the following details:
   • Ad Package: The package you would like to purchase (P, S, A, B, C, or D).
   • Duration: Your desired ad duration (e.g., 1 week, 1 month). Note: Discounts are available for durations longer than one month.
   • Destination Link: The link or SURL for your ad banner.
   • Ad Images: Your ad image file(s), correctly sized for your chosen package (JPG or GIF format only). If using multiple rotating ads (we support up to 10), please attach all files.
2. Approval and Invoice: We will review your materials for approval. Once approved, we will send you an invoice for payment.
3. Payment: Payment must be made in Linden Dollars (L$) to the avatar specified in the invoice.
4. Notification: After sending payment, please reply to our email to notify us. We will then verify the transaction and set up your ad.
5. Confirmation: Finally, you will receive a confirmation by email or an in-world notecard, which will include your ad’s expiration date.

1. Renewal Notice: You will receive a renewal invoice or message. To request any changes, simply reply to our message. If you do not receive a renewal notice at least three days before your ad’s expiration date, please contact us to request one.
2. Confirmation: After confirming the details with you, we will send an official invoice for payment.
3. Payment: Payment must be made in Linden Dollars (L$) and sent to the avatar specified in the invoice.
4. Notification: Once you have paid, please reply to our email to notify us. We will then verify the transaction and extend your ad’s duration.
5. Final Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via email or an in-world notecard, which will include your new ad expiration date.

If you would like to change your Ad, please contact us and send us the new Ad image to our email info@teleporthub.com. We will then switch the Ad banner for you.

2. Ad images may not contain adult content, including depictions of sexual intercourse, nudity, pornography, or hateful messages.
3. Ad images cannot exceed the dimensions specified for your chosen ad package.
4. The ad’s destination link may not lead directly to a page containing adult content, nudity, pornography, or hateful messages. (This refers to the first page a visitor sees after clicking your ad on TeleportHub.com).
