Steam: the Hunt! IX – Welcome to STEAM: the Hunt! IX! This remains the only Victorian STEAMpunk-themed grid-wide hunt in SL! You are hunting for a HUNT OBJECT, a GEAR that is similar to the one which you will see hovering near Hunt Signs.  This GEAR you are looking at is called the HINT OBJECT or HINT GEAR. Each shop will have a HUNT SIGN within view of where you land.  A “HINT GEAR” (like this one) should be on it or near it, except for those shops that participate in many hunts and may have a separate multiple hint giver.  Look for these!
