The Curse of Samhain Event & Hunt 2022 – “Deception – the Archive” is a fan made tribute and virtual experience in dedication and memory of the TV series “Deception”, with a lot of hidden secrets, additional corners, hideouts, events, and much more. With the beginning of Fall, the Archive turns into a spooky dark place of horror and once again we’re inviting merchants & designers to join us for our special shopping experience along the streets of the Archive. But “The Curse of Samhain” is much more than that. The name is referring to an uncommon, but exciting hunt at a special venue, which reminds of a dark version of Central Park. You’re welcome to follow the storyline as a fan made second season of “Deception”, or simply do the hunt. It’s all up to you, but all in all: have fun! Just follow the foot prints down at the ground and step through the portal of lost souls.
But that’s not all! This year we also offer a grid wide store hunt of all our participants at the market ~ our bunny Houdini will tell you more about that. Just pass by and grab the store list of our awesome merchants and designers (click at the big, white bunny near the landing point). There are a bunch of awesome prizes awaiting you! Both hunts are FREE.
What is “Deception”? The TV series “Deception” was released in 2018 and canceled after one season. As a big fan I wanted to create a tribute in memory and dedication for everyone to enjoy – as a virtual experience here on Second Life. It’s also a place where people come together, meet new friends, enjoy various events and also have an “RP interaction” with the virtual protagonists of the series.
